Transport and packaging

The cost of delivering the products is borne by the customer for the amount indicated at the time of purchase.
For products in stock, typically 5 - 10 working days from order confirmation. In the case of products in external stock, delivery times are typically 10-15 working days.
Orders are processed continuously on weekdays and weekends.

Orders received by our webshop are delivered by courier services independent of our company.
Delivery of parcels takes place on working days between 8-17 hours. It is advisable to specify an address where the courier can be received continuously during the above mentioned time of day.Any loss, partial loss, damage or destruction of the parcel must be reported immediately on the delivery document at the time of delivery.

Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of rights.
